Compete with friends: log your day, submit one photo and a short description as proof, and earn 10 points per completed focus session. Rankings are weekly and all-time, per group.

This part needs a backend, so unlike the solo timer it has to be connected before it can do anything. The timer itself is unaffected and keeps working offline exactly as it always has.

1. Create a free Supabase project
2. Run supabase/schema.sql in its SQL editor
3. Create a private storage bucket named proofs
4. Deploy the proof edge function
5. Paste the project URL and anon key into this file’s GROUPS_CONFIG
